Kath and Jan are once again coming to you from Will’s studio in Santa Monica and today it’s All Things French as our chic and gorgeous pal Catherine Détraves comes by to discuss American vs. French food, child rearing, grocery stores, processed foods, culture, history, rillettes, cheese, unrefrigerated eggs and a host of other things. Jan recalls her days as an au pair in Paris and the magical power of the baguette. Kath talks about eating too fast and then tells a long pork story, after which an argument ensues regarding food spoilage – no surprise there. Listen in!
